This was not built as a rental home but as our second, home from home. The minute you walk into Sunset Villa you will perceive that you have all the comforts of home. Indeed possibly more.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is new this year. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room.
It has an electrically heated pool and spa, large covered lanai (veranda), gas BBQ with sun loungers, table & chairs for those lazy evenings watching the sun set. The pool is not overlooked but does have privacy screening at the bottom level of the cage. The pool is south facing so you will have the sun all day. The spa can be set at a higher temperature than the pool if desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, dishwasher, fridge freezer, waste disposal, full cooker, microwave etc. etc. There is a telephone and local calls are free. The adjacent dining area will seat 6 in comfort, with patio door to lanai.
The Lounge (great room) has a large screen TV with video and DVD player, and a patio door to the lanai. Each bedroom has their own TV so no one is forced to watch something they don’t want to!
The master bedroom has a walk in closet (cupboard) and en suite shower and toilet, and a patio door to the lanai.
The guest bath room is situated between bedrooms 2 (double) & 3 (twin) and this area can be closed off if privacy is required. Thus making this ideal for two couples or two families of three.
In the double garage you will find 2 bicycles (ladies & gents) a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board and the trash (dust) bins.
